Emma joined Knowhow Limited in January 2015. She has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management from University of Otago.
Bringing strong theoretical knowledge to the job Emma has developed a sound applied knowledge of human resources, employment relations and employment legislation. She works closely with Sylvia on all aspects of disciplinary and performance management processes, absenteeism and incapacity issues and manages the development of solutions to wide ranging HR queries.
She is a wonderful team player, receives great feedback from our clients for her intelligence, her service orientation, her ability to develop workable solutions and her appreciation of the commercial realities of business.
As part of her ongoing professional development Emma attended the Society of Human Resources Management annual conference in New Orleans, USA in 2017 to develop knowledge in the areas of employee engagement, productivity and HR analytics.
